About The Theatre
The Theatre seats 231 and the towns population is only 198. So the Theatre is fortunate in being able to draw audiences from the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area, Charlottesville, and the whole of Northern Virginia. Many of its programs are presented for just one performance.
In 2004 the Theatre purchased a new grand piano - a Kawai 6'6" RX-5 Artist Grand.
Excellent acoustics and an intimate yet comfortable and professional atmosphere have made it possible to attract gifted performers and appreciative audiences.
